Exploring The Minority Voice
Building off our core pillars of Identity, Resiliency, Leadership, and Mental Health, we explore the impact being in a minority group, culturally, socially. Workshops engage students to identify their barriers and opportunities for them to excel and overcome cultural and social challenges.
Deep Democracy Discussions
In social situations people naturally fill roles, whether knowingly or unknowingly. Through a focused session we explore the various social and cultural roles at play in our everyday lives and how they impact the minority voice.
Speaker Series
A multimedia series compiling the voices from our communities, through interviews and speaker panels we highlight the resilience, innovation, richness and success from various stories through a minority lens.
Opening Space
Honouring the unique challenges being a social or cultural minority brings, our focus is on creating a space where diverse experiences and perspectives can be voiced, and shared in a positive group dynamic.
